David Tellier

David and his lovely wife Lauren settled in Groton in 1994 where they now have two children, Hannah and Sam that are active in the Groton public schools and all sorts of other activities. David also has three children from a previous marriage, Zack, James and Dan that have all left the nest and are finding their way in the world today.

David has been in the real estate sales industry for ten years. He holds the SRES from The Senior Advantage Real Estate Council. To earn the "SRES" designation, the REALTOR has to demonstrate that they have the requisite knowledge, experience and expertise to help seniors make wise decisions about selling the family home, buying rental property or managing the capital gains and tax implications of owning real estate. His second designation of ABR, (Accredited Buyer Representative) is awarded by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC) to Sales Associates that are qualified to provide buyer representation and are familiar with buyer brokerage and buyer agency issues.

Prior to selling real estate, David spent 17 years in sales and marketing at DEC and Compaq. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University, School of Engineering and an MBA from Pace University, New York. David is also a U.S. Army veteran.
